    Udzungwa is accessible by road from Morogoro and other southern destinations. Hiking activities require appropriate preparation and, for designated trails, qualified guides.

    Best Time to Visit:

    June to October is generally favourable for hiking because conditions are usually drier. The forest is particularly lush during the wetter months.
